Our modernisation work includes updating existing installations to meet the Equality Act. This means ensuring all lifts are suitable for wheelchair access, include tactile lift car and landing buttons, and audible announcements.

We offer full and partial refurbishment work on existing lifts / escalators. An example of lift related items would be, LED displays, external doors and non slip flooring.

There are many areas of expertise in our company, spanning from maintenance though to full modernisation. Whether a lift or escalator, we offer four lift maintenance packages. Besides offering gold, silver and bronze service packages, we also offer bespoke packages to suit client requirements.
